Starting point-10060 Wachula Road @Myakka City Community Center and Historical Society Building (west side of road just north of the fire station)

Departure time from CCS: 2:45 p.m.

Return time to CCS: @5:15-5:30 p.m.

Dress: Marching band uniform (red polo shirt, black pants, black shoes, black socks (or foot covering).

EPCOT Parade/Magic Kingdom Info

Students and chaperones begin loading  for departure at 6:35-6:45 a.m.  Friday, November 18.
Planned return time to CCS is 10:00 p.m.
All students and chaperones must ride the activity bus or school ministry van.
Mr. Porch will drive the activity bus-Mr. Gay will drive the school ministry van.
Attire for students after the parade-please use the guidelines for school retreats.  
Girls-Long loose shorts at least knee length, or loose fitting slacks, or loose fitting jeans, or wind pants.   No sleeveless tops.    Girls after parade attire is to be checked Tuesday morning (Nov. 15) before school at 7:30 a.m. in the front office.
Boys-pants, or jeans, or long shorts.   Boys after parade attire is to be checked Tuesday morning (Nov. 15) at 7:40 a.m. in room #40.   No sleeveless or tank tops.
Students must wear shoes throughout the day-no flip flops or variations thereof including sandals. 
Chaperones-please dress comfortably for the day, taking into consideration the standards for modesty that are being placed on the students.    No shorts or sleeveless tops.
